Meetings and Notices

The library's Board of Trustees meets on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. 

Public notices will be posted at both library locations before each Board meeting, giving the date, time, and location. 

Agendas and Minutes

Board meetings are always open to the public. There is a time for public comment, which is normally limited to a few minutes per person and the Board is not required to respond.

The Library Board is charged with the establishment of policies, procedures, and governance of the Shelby County Public County Public Library System.

Correspondence may be sent to the Board in care of the Administrative Office of the library. These letters are given, unopened, to Board members along with their monthly board packets. To contact a Library Board Member, please direct correspondence to:
