Little Free Libraries in Shelby County

In 2015, the Shelby County Public Library wrapped up a grant to aid in creating more Little Free Libraries in Shelby County.

Some donations we receive go to stocking out Little Free Libraries.

What is "Little Free Library"?

Little Free Library is a non-profit organization out of Minnessota dedicated to "building community, inspiring readers, and expanding book access for all through a global network of volunteer-led Little Free Library book-exchange boxes." (littlefreelibrary.org)

A Little Free Library is a box of books that allows 24/7 access to take a book or leave a book.

What were some of the results of our grant in 2015?
